There are lots of options when choosing a suite for your personal needs and business needs. When looking for a software suite to edit documents and spreadsheets, there are limited options. I personally use both Microsoft Office and Open Office. While there are differences there are many similarities. When using a free program you can save money, open and save files as the counterpart paid programs. You can also use web based software for both docs and spreadsheets. These can be shared and viewed by others via the web. Good luck making your decision when buying a suite of office software for documents and spreadsheets.
